Terry L.  Jones Director since 1995 Mr. Jones has been President of Syndicated Communications, Inc., a communications venture capital investment company, and its wholly owned subsidiary, Syncom Capital Corporation since 1990. Mr. Jones joined Syncom in 1978 and is a member of the board of directors of a number of Syncom portfolio companies, including Radio One, Inc., Iridium Satellite, LLC and TV One, LLC. Mr. Jones also serves on the board of the Southern African Enterprise Development Fund, a presidential appointment, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Spellman College in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to joining Syncom, Mr. Jones lived and worked in Nairobi, Kenya where he was a co-founder and Vice President of Kiambere Savings and Loan and a Lecturer at the University of Nairobi. He also worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer for Westinghouse Aerospace and Litton Industries.
